RISEN PZS3000 is a concrete spraying machine for the shotcreting process of wet or dry mixture. It is equipped with the dosing unit. The PZS3000 has been designed especially for steel fibre spraying.
Application:
● Shotcreting for tunnels, hydro-power engineering, mines, underground engineering, civil engineering and slope stabilization, etc.
● Artificial soil seeding for no soil surface, such as rock, sand, and for no fertility soil surface.
● Refractory spraying and repair for industrial kilns or kilns’ inner liner.
● Going-through rotor and forced vibrating hopper make mixture smoothly falling.
● Hose dosing pump unit provides constant dosing.
● Thin flow conveying method, used for wet-mix and dry-mix shotcrete.
● Reinforced shotcrete with steel or various polyment fibre.Complies with the essential health and safety requirements of the Directive
2006/42/EC.
