Most of our staff (engineers, technical workers, quality inspectors) has engaged in the design, manufacturing and maintenance of our products for more than 20years. We are capable of providing custom engineered solutions to site-specific problems, either on a design-build basis, or in technology improvement co-operation with the customers.

Operation & maintenance problems

Upon the receipt of the operation and maintenance problems from the purchaser, we will give him the prompt answer on how to operate and maintain based on the detailed explanation with pictures/drawings. If needed, we can dispatch our engineers/technical workers to the customer’s construction site to direct him. .

Improvement request

If the customer/distributor wants to do some improvement on our machines so that they can be more suitable for his local market, we would provide him our special suggestion based on our full experiences on our products, and if needed, our engineers can provide the AUTOCAD drawing to help him for realizing his improvement.

Liability for Defects in Materials and Workmanship

Upon written request of the purchaser as proven by the distributor (if any), before the warranty expires (The limited warranty period of our products is twelve (12) months, or eight (8) months in cases of 14-hour operation. It begins the day when the goods being received), we will provide parts as needed for items at no costs to the purchaser/owner as quickly as possible for the defect parts due to bad materials or poor workmanship.
