Question 1:Is there not engine oil supply in the new machine? Why?

Our answer:YES. there is not any oil in our machine’s gearbox. After test, we always discharge the oil from the gearbox of each RISEN shotcrete machine. The reason is that the oil is NOT allowed for transporting. So, for the new-brand machine, you need to add the oil into the gearbox before work.

Question 2:How much engine oil should be added in the gearbox of the shotcrete machine?

Our answer:The max. oil level is at the 2/3 of the check window and the  min. oil leave is at the 1/2 of the window.

Question 3:Dust escaped between the sealing plates.

Our solution:Check the clamping degree on rubber sealing plate. Tighten the clamping nut until there is no air leakage from rubber sealing plate. Check the tightness in two ways as follow:

● Bend up Conveying Hose and open the air valve with a pressure of about 0.3MPa .If there is no air leakage, it will be OK.

● Turn on the main motor with running about 1/2 circle and stop it, if rotor stop instantly and run reversibly a bit, the tightness can be considered ok.

Question 4:How to solve the dust problem of the dry mix shotcrete machine?

Our solution:

● Think about the wet mix shotcrete machine;

● Wear a big woven bag at the discharge hole (top hole) of the hopper. The bag can contain some dust to avoid all the dust to fly around the machine.

● Add a bit of water into the dry mixture before loading it into the hopper. The damp mixture has not so much dust. Just pay great attention that the damp

   mixture should be sprayed out asap.

Question 5:How to install a squeeze hose into an open-type hose pump and how to lubricate the squeeze hose after some work time？

Our answer:

Step 1: Coat the lubrication grease on the hose’s surface.

Step 2: Push the lubricated hose into the housing slowly by hand. When the squeeze roller can squeeze the hose, start up the machine.

Step 3: When the hose comes to another opening of the hose, stop the machine and then jog it to ensure the hose is in a right place to the opening.

Note: If the hose is not in a right place, please use a rod or something to force the hose to be a right place to the opening.  

Step 4: When the both ends of the hose are in the right position, stop jogging and install the flange, joint and clamps etc. at the both ends of the hose.

Step 5: After some work time, coat the lubricate grease on the squeeze rollers, then, run the pump. And then stop the pump to coat the rollers again.

Repeat this work for several times. Then, the lubrication is OK. 

Question 6:How to assemble the rotor and stator of RX30, RPT30?

Our answer: The assembly steps are as follows:

Step 1: use the suitable tool to fix the Stator

Step 2: Use the silicone oil to lubricate the surface of rotor and stator (Note: in the construction site, you can use clean water to replace the silicone oil) 

Step 3: Insert the rotor into stator

Step 4: Use the special tool (supplied together with the main unit) to turn the rotor into the stator.

Step 5: Turn the rotor until it is installed fully into the stator 

Step 6: Check the bottom of the rotor and stator.
